Return & Refund Policy
At MagMount™, we stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email magmountly@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the item and the issue (required for quality claims)
- Reason for return
- We'll respond within 2 business days with:
- Approval/denial of your return request
- Return instructions (if approved)
3. Refund Processing
- Approved returns: Refunds issued within 5 business days after we receive the item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
4. Quality Issue Verification
- To qualify for a refund due to product quality:
- You must provide clear photo/video evidence showing the defect/damage.
- Our team will review your claim before approving.
- No refunds will be issued for quality claims without proper evidence.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products (unless defective)
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during sales/final clearance
6. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to:
- Our shipping error (wrong item sent)
- Defective/incorrect product
7. Exchanges
- We currently offer refunds only (no direct exchanges).
- To "exchange," return the original item and place a new order.
